Applications are open for the 2025/2026 Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship Awards. This fully funded opportunity invites qualified Nigerians to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies in various countries, including Russia, Morocco, Hungary, Egypt, and Algeria.

- Undergraduate Studies
Study in fields like Engineering, Geology, Medicine, Environmental Sciences, Sports, Biotechnology, Architecture, and more. - Postgraduate Studies
Master’s and PhD programs are available in all academic fields, with opportunities in countries such as Russia, China, Hungary, Serbia, and Romania.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Applicants:
- Must have 7 Distinctions (A’s & B’s) in WASSCE/WAEC (May/June only).
- Certificates must not exceed two years old for non-African countries and one year old for African countries.
- Applicants must be aged 17–20 years.
Postgraduate Applicants:
- A First Class or at least a Second Class Upper in the first degree is required.
- Completion of the NYSC program is mandatory.
- Age limit: 35 years for Master’s, 40 years for PhD.
- Evidence of employer’s release (if applicable).

Since many BEA countries are non-English speaking, candidates must complete a one-year foreign language program. Specific application steps include:
- Hungary Applicants: Apply at stipendiumhungaricum.hu (deadline: January 15, 2025).
- Russia Applicants: Apply at (education-in-russia.com) and ensure all documents are scanned in PDF format.
- Upload required documents online:
- Undergraduate: WAEC/WASSCE certificate and NIN slip.
- Postgraduate: First degree, NIN slip, NYSC certificate.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid international passport.
- Medical reports, birth certificate, indigene letter, and police clearance (if needed).
