Scholarship Categories and Eligibility
Japanese Studies
This program is appropriate for enthusiastic learners of the Japanese language and culture. To be eligible, you should have the following qualifications:
- Age: Be not older than 30 as of April 2, 2025.
- College Status: Undergraduate course majors in related fields to Japanese language or culture
- Experience: Have passed at least one academic year of Japanese language or culture studies by September 1, 2025
Teacher Training
Designed for educators looking to improve their teaching, this category has specific eligibility criteria:
- Age: Be under 35 years old as of April 2, 2025.
- Experience: Have at least five years of teaching experience in elementary or secondary education by October 1, 2025.
- Employment: Be currently employed as an elementary or secondary school teacher at the time of application.
