Scholarship Overview
The Russian Government offers 20 full scholarships to Malaysians. Those scholarships are for different study levels: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, even PhD degrees. In this program, secondary vocational education, residency programs, as well as short-term additional courses, are also available. This program is one part of the efforts Russia aims to take in terms of cultural and educational cooperation between Russia and Malaysia.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
Malaysians who have completed secondary or vocational education are invited to apply. There is no age restriction for applicants, and the program is open to anyone.
Eligible areas of study include 17,000 programs in more than 400 universities in 80 regions of Russia.
